ITA Airways' first Airbus A350 Is Out of Paint Shop

Italian carrier, ITA Airways, recently unveiled its first Airbus A350XWB with a new ITA color scheme. The Airbus A350 will soon be incorporated into the ITA Airways fleet that previously belonged to Chinese carrier Hainan Airlines.
The newly painted aircraft is a brand new Airbus A350-900 manufactured in 2018 and has never been in operation. The new next-generation Airbus aircraft will become ITA Airways' flagship aircraft for long-haul flights, mainly connecting Italy to South and North America. ITA's Airbus A350 has 315 seats in a 3-class configuration.

The plane is named after the coach Marcello Lippi who led the Italian national soccer team to victory in the World Cup in 2006, Marcello Lippi.
