Airbus Delivers 77 Aircraft in July 2024

Airbus is continuing its impressive year, achieving a significant milestone by delivering 77 airliners in July 2024 to 40 customers worldwide.
Single-Aisle Dominance
Single-aisle airliners continue to dominate Airbus's deliveries, with 58 of the 77 aircraft coming from the A320neo family. This included:
- 32 A321neos
- 24 A320neos
- 2 A319neos
Notable customers for these deliveries included British Airways and easyJet, both expanding their fleets with these efficient and popular aircraft.
A220 Deliveries
The A220 family also saw robust activity, with six A220-300 variants and one A220-100 delivered. Customers such as Air Baltic and Croatia Airlines were among the recipients, enhancing their regional capabilities with these modern and fuel-efficient jets.
Wide-Body Aircraft Deliveries
On the wide-body front, Airbus delivered:
- 5 A330neos (all -900 variants)
- 7 A350s (including six A350-900s and one A350-1000)
Starlux Airlines and Delta Airlines were notable recipients of the A330neos. At the same time, Delta Airlines and Japan Airlines took delivery of the A350s, demonstrating the continued demand for Airbus's long-haul, fuel-efficient models.
Orders and Industry Impact
July was also fruitful for Airbus regarding new business, with the manufacturer receiving firm gross orders for 59 aircraft. During this period, they included the high-profile Farnborough International Airshow, further highlighting Airbus's dynamic presence in the industry.
Year-to-Date Achievements
With these latest deliveries, Airbus has reached 400 aircraft delivered to 70 customers in 2024. This achievement underscores Airbus's strong production capabilities and commitment to meeting airlines' growing demands worldwide.
